Guestbook runs on our servers. We look after it. You dont need any IT support for your local computer. You dont need to install or upgrade any software. You dont need to worry about your computer breaking or worry about a virus corrupting it - your accommodation management software runs on our servers, where we can look after it. Its what we do.

We have a guesthouse in the family. We didn't like the software we had to work with because it was cumbersome and obviously designed to meet needs that we just didn't have. We decided to build the simplest management tool we could.

You can access your guestbook account from any computer that has an internet connection and web browser. So, if your computer suddenly dies, or you are visiting a friend and the phone rings and you want to make a booking or you are on holiday while someone else is looking after the business and you want to check in, you can see what is happening from the nearest internet enabled computer.

Guesbook is primarily accommodation management software. However, you can choose to use it to accept credit card payments from guests.
You can also use guestbook to allow guests to make bookings from any website where you have your guestbook online booking form available.

Guestbook works in realtime. It is always realtime - there is no other time. When a booking is created, it is created directly in our database. The only bookings are the ones already in the system and the ones you are about to create!
